That's why we’ve created this Refund & Return Policy, designed to ensure your shopping journey is smooth and hassle-free.
1. Return Window
We offer a 20-day window from the date of delivery to return your items. We believe in giving our customers ample time to make sure they’re completely satisfied with their purchase.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Certain products, like personalized items, sale items, and limited edition products, may not be eligible for return, unless explicitly mentioned.
2. How to Return an Item
Returning a product is simple, just follow these steps:
- Request a Return: To initiate your return, please contact us via e-mail with your order details, including the reason for return, within 20-days.
- Return Authorization (RA): Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Item: Please package the item securely to avoid any damage during shipping. If you received a return shipping label, attach it to your return package.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or voucher codes
- Intimate or hygienic items (e.g., undergarments)
- Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it promptly:
- Refunds: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges: If you want to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item, we will process the exchange based on product availability. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact Us Immediately: Notify us as soon as possible, within 10-days of receiving the item.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damage or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- Return Shipping Fees: If the error is on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items, and the return shipping will be on us.
- For Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
7. Restocking Fees
For returns not due to defects or errors, a restocking fee of 15% may be applied, especially for items that are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.
